RICOP signed another Holiday Inn Express hotel, this time in Dublin, Ohio at Tuttle. The hotel will be a three story 119 room hotel to start this summer. This will be RICOP's third hotel construction project.

RICOP recently won the Holiday Inn Express hotel project on Olentangy River Rd. in Columbus, Ohio (near the Ohio State University.) The hotel will have 109 rooms and be 7 stories.
